Biography
Emma Peios was born in England but grew up in the States, Greece and the UK.
She became interested in photography from the age of 10 and since then has continued to travel with her camera. Following a degree in Communication Media Emma trained as a freelance photographers assistant for 5 years in London. Working with fashion photographer John Swannell to food photography with Carol Sharp she gained valuable experience of many different styles of photography.
Emma's own work falls mainly in the areas of still life and lifestyle. Her client list includes major retail business such as Marks and Spencer, advertising and design agencies and the publishing media.
Shooting either in her London studio or on location, commissioned images can be supplied either on film or digital files from a colour managed workflow.
She is skilled at representing everyday objects or scenes as graphic and illustrative images. Rich in colour yet simplistic in design.
Collectors Prints
Emma's fine art prints are held in private and corporate collections. She exhibits her work on a regular basis throughout the UK - The ICA, Richmond Gallery Cork Street London, The Association of Photographers Gallery and The Geffrye Museum. Click here for exhibition list.
